Maturity is all about trading your liberty for your security. Rather than having the parents keep you at ease, you would trust the state in later life by offering some of your rights to them in exchange for the security they provide. That is the first step towards being an adult: paying your dues to ensure that people in some high house watches over you with care.

After all, without the state, where would we be? One thing is for sure. We’d be too hedonistic and not get anything done. People need to be forced to get things done, sometimes even at the barrel of a gun – anything to get us motivated! Thus, paying one’s taxes to ensure that you’ll receive your services as well as relief when disaster strikes (instead of having a private evil corporation doing it more efficiently than official workers), voting in elections (even if your party does not win – you deal with it) and having faith in the system, are the responsibilities of adulthood.

Parents who force their children to do good end up with good children.

Parents who let them free end up with lazy children.

This is a fact of life.

Children who have respect for the common good end up with more success than those who were let to be “creative” and “innovative”. They only end up creating and innovating tacky, out-of-this-world and impractical things and ideas. They are also the reasons why capitalism has gone haywire. They make everyone like things that are too fringy.

It’s often for the best that children only follow the status quo instead of trying to change things. The last generation has seen too many advances and so little time for people to catch up. Parents should from now delibrately disallow children to learn too many things and focus on being obedient, ready to take on orders instead of letting them make suggestions.

After all, we live in a democracy and the majority of the seniors rule, what with the aging population.

Government jobs are better than trying to be part of a profit share. You get the firm peace of mind that you will get paid all the while not working so hard. Pay raises appear all the time. This is much better than the uncertainty of business, where you are forced to work hard and get so little. They tell you that if you just work harder, you will reach the pot of gold but that’s always far into the future. No, the risk is too much in business. Bosses also tend to exploit you, paying you much less than the market rate. Dogs just eat dogs.

Once you get through the red tape and seven background checks of obtaining state-funded employment, you are in the money. This is where you can prosper and thrive. This is where work actually gets done and people actually earn!

Everyone should have government jobs. Then, everything would be a little less chaotic. People can then pursue other hobbies instead of worrying where they will get their next meal. Their lives are certainly more enriched than those slaving away in modern day labor camps.

Parking laws must be as cryptic as possible to maximize the collection of fines. This also allows the lower income groups to participate in the funding for municipal government programs, since those groups are likely to be less educated and unable to decipher most of the parking rules and regulations on some streets. The higher income groups will also pay up since they value their time more than their money to read the abstruse semiotics.

The following techniques will work wonders:

Divide the month up arbitrarily so that on certain days, one may not park on the left side but on the right side of the road. Mention the words “left” and “right” on a two-way street.

“Do not park between 5:15 pm and 9:45 for all days x, where x is a prime number but also not a perfect number.”

Only vans with 3 wheels may park when the sun is shining. If it is cloudy, only cars from Japan or whose models end in “A” may park.

Cars must be a primary color or has at least two letters on the license plate that are also in the Cyrillic alphabet in order to park there on days that are multiples of 3 but not also multiples of 4.

Put times in UTC especially if the local time is not in UTC.

License plate numbers must be even to park on odd numbered days, and odd to park on even numbered days, except when the temperature is below 0 degrees.

With these techniques, you can ensure that your city regulates traffic flow and keeps streets safe and sane. Also, give those ticketed the choice between paying within 7 days or 15 days or risk jail time. That way, the streets will be safer and saner!

It was once a law that if an architect designed a faulty building, he would be put to death. Such a law was necessary to ensure that the architect was forced to design perfect buildings. If a law was not put into place, the architect could get away scot free and justice would not be served.

The fact that he was under the threat of death forced him to follow the rules and build proper buildings. Such a threat was necessary in the creation of a civilized society.

With that in mind, another law may have been put into place to prevent people from not choosing architecture as a profession. Standardized testing determined who would become architects and who would be able to hold other professions. The tests were made in such a way that no one could cheat their way out of becoming architects. People will only do good when forced to do good.

These days, we don’t put people to death but in jail. Progress!

The reality is that people do good only when they are forced to do good. If they are not, they will only work for themselves, i.e. work selfishly. This is why taxes are necessary. They take the money from those who make too much and give some to those who work hard all their lives and make nothing. Taxes could not be voluntary or else no one would pay them. It is readily apparent that people only serve themselves before serving others. So in order to make sure that people serve others first, it is necessary that taxes be taken away before each person can spend on themselves.

It is the only way and besides, the ends justify the means. The ends of making sure that the poor get their fair share of everyone’s work needs to be forced out of people through the means of taxation. We as a people, through our representatives who know what people stand for, kindly tell all citizens to comply with the laws of taxation, which are easy enough to follow as compared to some of the other rules and regulations. If they do not follow, we might issue notices before resorting to physical force. Sometimes, such measures are necessary to ensure that we have a society that offers services to the poor. However, if everyone had obeyed the rules without kicking up a fuss, no violence would be necessary.

As some seem not to care for the rules, we must resort to force whenever some people decide that equality of outcome is not a good idea. How could taxes be thought of as evil, anyway, when only good comes out of it?

Public schooling is an institution of efficiency. It gives everyone an equal opportunity. It also makes all people of the same age on the same level so that some do not go too far ahead and cause inequality, all the while making sure that there are none falling behind.

Schooling could not be done privately in an efficient manner as there would be no standardization to make sure every student is equal. It would be chaotic. As a result, private schools continue to be a minority operation.

Some homeschool their children, making the absurd attempt of eliminating schooling altogether. Such a method can only lead to too much independent thought and thereby contribute more to the inequalities of society. Homeschooling also doesn’t permit “students” believe in the concepts of obedience, which is mandatory to survive in today’s society. It also doesn’t enforce rules that are found in every aspect of life. In fact, there ought to be laws against homeschooling and privately-funded education. They would be the only hope for the homogenization of the population.

Equality of outcome, the ultimate goal, is what will make everyone live in peace for eternity. Inequality of outcome as a result of non-public education, is what will always cause strife and self-centered learning that results in intelligence disparities.

Besides, public schooling is free. How could anyone not agree to it?

Perhaps those who believe they are being provided this service by the barrel of a gun think otherwise. They often have this victim complex whereby everything that is imposed on them is a crime. Even being able to vote is a violation of their rights for some odd reason. Ha. Getting back to the subject, they also try to compare food with education, asserting why should they not offer education services in the way fast food restaurants allow you to pick which toppings you want on your sandwich. That’s crazy talk. Food is not education.

Democracy is the most perfect system in the world. It requires that you do only the following:

Wait a few years to change things. Patience is a virtue.

Convince only 51 percent of the populace that your ideas are valid. Persusasion is a virtue.

Raise enough funds and be in a high-standing position. Prestige is a virtue.

Once you have met those conditions and use this system to your benefit, you must only put up with the following:

Up to 49 percent of the populace (or more in later years?) being discontent with your policies.

Any other system would lead to chaos. This is so far as order as anyone can get. In addition, you do not have to be motivated by profits to have this work out to your benefit. It is all funded by the people, willingly and voluntarily. Therefore, no one can complain except voice discontents. By then, you’d have nothing to worry about since if they want to change things, they can:

Wait a few years to change things. Patience is a virtue.

Convince only 51 percent of the populace that your ideas are valid. Persusasion is a virtue.

Raise enough funds and be in a high-standing position. Prestige is a virtue.

There is little wrong that can go with this system. That is, if you win. If you lose, you can still:

Wait a few years to change things. Patience is a virtue.

Convince only 51 percent of the populace that your ideas are valid. Persusasion is a virtue.

Raise enough funds and be in a high-standing position. Prestige is a virtue.

Whenever an old man is in front of you and he decides to take forty minutes to order his coffee (or whatever) because he can no longer decide, forcing the cashier to ask for your order, what do you do?

The answer is to LET HIM FINISH even if it takes four hours. Do not be selfish. Selfishness is not a virtue anyone should dare possess because it leads to everyone doing things too quickly but sloppily. The world should move slowly and surely for the sake of stability. Just because the poor old man does not act quickly, it does not mean you should cut in front of him. He therefore has the RIGHT to tell you off by saying “I WAS IN LINE, YOU NITWIT!” and proceed to make you wait patiently.

Respect for the elders, no matter how much more senile they have become, have every right to hold you up because they have been held up for incidents far worse than you. Do not try to fight them, it’s a race to the bottom and he’s at the bottom of the hill.

So remember this, even if you are late for work, you have no right to cut in line or get in the way of old people because they are old.

Authorities have a right to look at your personal history and everything that you do because the people elected them, whether or not you voted for them. Since we the people elected these officials into office, they have every right to watch us at all times. One should have nothing to hide.

If you have something to hide, then you are clearly doing something wrong in life. You should be punished according to the list of rules and regulations, which are moral obligations agreed upon the people.

If you are doing something that poses no threat to others but to yourself, the officials have the right to know and protect you. You are now mature enough to have people outside of the family take control and care of you. Of course, taking care of your own self is possible in some regards but why not have some help while at it?

Remember, there are violent people all around. You’ve seen it all on the state-run media, which is always true because of the people’s trust. We don’t know why there are violent people all around but that’s not the issue. The issue is for the authorities to provide solutions that will maintain order by imposing regulations on those who break other regulations. This way, these violent people have nothing more to do. Some implementations of these solutions is surveillance, round-the-clock, everywhere.

Therefore, the purpose of surveillance is to protect you. In order for that to happen, you must trade in certain liberties for the sake of security, safety and stability.
